Originally and predominantly a writer, my exploration of words in performance has encompassed a wide range of disciplines including physical theatre, bouffon, rap, noise poetry, improvisation, power tools, puppets, paint and grotesque pantomime. I aim to create a high-octane fusion of intense theatrical spectacle and cinematic narrative propulsion.
My post-flooded world apocalypse play Hydronomicon (2011) was called "exceptionally inventive" by Three Weeks.
My black bouffon panto, Ratcatcher was developed by Conflux and Gird Iron's Ben Harrison for Surge 2012.
My Needle/Thread script was recorded a short audio play (complete with eerie soundtrack) and is available on the Ep Cowtshtf2 (2011).
