I have previously applied for support but was not selected. Can I apply again?

If you have applied before and still feel it is an opportunity you would benefit from, please apply again and tell us how your writing and your career is progressing.  

Selection is made by considering a range of criteria, not just your writing. This includes whether the panel feel that the opportunity is the right one for you at that moment. So there's every benefit in applying again. 

"Don't be put off by rejection because I think I applied twice before and didn't get selected. I've heard that from a lot of people. Don't be discouraged if you don't get it first time"
