Will you pay for travel or other expenses?

We're committed to ensuring that no playwright who is working with us is financially disadvantaged, or that anyone is put off from applying because of financial concerns.  As a result, we will always pay out-of-pocket travel expenses to those attending any sessions organised by Playwrights' Studio where attendance in person is necessary.

As a small arts organisation with limited resources, occasionally (and where appropriate) we'll need to make alternative arrangements such as video conferencing or telephone meetings. We actively encourage anyone attending meetings, workshops or other events organised by the organisation to use public transport whenever possible to reduce associated carbon emissions.
