Coorie In

From 24th November 2022 for the next six months, every Thursday Playwrights’ Studio will be opening two rooms in our offices in Central Glasgow for playwrights who need a warm co-working space to use free of charge. Playwrights can use the space - which has access to printing, tea and coffee making facilities and Wi-Fi – for a full or part day.

We’re also partnering with arts venues across the country to open their spaces for a day per month to host playwrights to come in and work there. Confirmed so far for this project are The Beacon Arts Centre in Greenock, Macrobert Arts Centre in Stirling, Aberdeen Arts Centre, and Birnam Arts Centre in Perth & Kinross. Days may vary between venues, so for the most up to date information please check our form below or check our social media channels.

Up to 12 spaces per day at Playwrights’ Studio are available. Allocation is on a first come, first served basis, and booking for each date opens one week before via online form or by calling Playwrights’ Studio on 0141 332 4403.
